We always hope you love the piece you have purchased, and can adore it for many years to come. However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we offer returns for a credit note or an exchange if our stock levels allow. 
Please don't hesitate to contact us at or DM on Instagram, for any questions you may have before making a purchase. We are always available and will reply immediately or at the latest, within a few hours. We are more than happy to help with sizing and any questions, in fact we love talking to our customers, so please reach out, if there is anything you would like to know xx 


To initiate the return process, please email : All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. 


  • You will be asked to send the item back, with tracking, at your own expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, we will reach out and offer a credit note, which will be issued and delivered via email, or to speak about an exchange.
  • Our Store credit note is valid for 3 years. We aim to process your credit note 1-2 days of receiving the return.  All store credits will be minus the original shipping costs. 
  • To return an item and receive a credit note or exchange for your purchase, all pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original salable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense. 
  • A Refund will only be given for faulty items, in line with Australian consumer law. Faulty items are items that cannot be fixed or replaced. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note, all items are pressed and thoroughly checked for faults before sending. 
  • No refunds or returns on Pre-Ordered items. Pre Ordered items are made to order, we cannot refund or cancel orders. Delivery times are outlined within the cart before check out. We will try our best to exchange the item, if you have purchased an incorrect size, if our stock levels allow. 
  • We also cannot accept returns on digital items such as gift cards.
  • We do not accept returns on Sale Items. Your purchase is final, no refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be given.
